Privacy policy
What I collect
- Your name and phone number.
- Your email, if you give me one.
- Your appointment history — dates, times, services, and prices.
- Your stamp count for the loyalty program.
Why I collect it
I use it to book your appointment, text you a confirmation and a reminder, and know how many cuts you're away from a free one. That's it. I don't run ads, and I don't build a marketing list.
Where it's stored
Everything lives in one Google Sheet that the shop owns. There's no separate database, no app, and no third-party booking company holding your information.
Who else sees it
Twilio, the company that sends the text messages, sees your phone number and the message text so it can deliver it. That's the only outside company involved. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone else.
Cookies
The booking page saves one small token in your browser. It lets you skip re-entering a text code the next time you book. It doesn't track you anywhere outside this site, and nothing else is stored on your device.
Ask me to delete your information
Text the shop or email hello@siahcuts.com and I'll remove your name, phone number, email, and visit history from the Sheet. I'll confirm once it's done.
